Die cut and kiss cut stickers are often confused. A die cut vinyl sticker means that both the sticker vinyl and the backing paper are both cut through to the same shape, however kiss cut stickers only have the vinyl sticker shape cut and are presented with on a (square/rectangular) backing paper. Both can be individually presented but only kiss cut stickers can be supplied on sheets of multiple stickers.
Die cutting is a print finishing method whereby a sharpened, shaped steel blade, set in a wooden backing block is forced with pressure against a printed sheet. The pressure exerted on the sheet by the blade cuts through the sheet, resulting in a stamped out finished shape.

This process is most cost effective when you are looking to print larger volumes and when the decals are likely to require more of the same printing in the future (repeat jobs).

Please note the samples are pre-printed and are not samples of your artwork, these are available on request but will be chargeable.
Die cut stickers usually requires ‘vector’ artwork files and should not contain shading or gradients.
You can upload your artwork as part of our online ordering process.
Once we receive your artwork we will send you back a digital proof. This allows you to check that we have received and correctly understood your design before we print your stickers. We will not print your stickers before you have ‘signed off’ on your digital proof.
